Exista doua tipuri principale de extras de carte funciara, fiecare cu scopul si valabilitatea sa. Este important sa stii care ti se potriveste inainte de a face comanda.
Extras CF pentru Informare
- Scop: Verificarea situatiei juridice a unui imobil
- Valabilitate: 30 de zile de la data eliberarii
- Utilizare: Consultare personala, verificare inainte de cumparare, documentare
- Nu blocheaza cartea funciara
Extras CF pentru Autentificare
- Scop: Necesar la notariat pentru incheierea actelor autentice
- Valabilitate: 10 zile lucratoare de la data eliberarii
- Utilizare: Vanzari, donatii, schimburi, constituire ipoteca
- Blocheaza cartea funciara pe perioada valabilitatii (protejeaza tranzactia)
